Comments made about Sonic Corporate Office: Trena Eaton - Houston, Tx I'm a frequent vistor of Sonic Drive Thru on Hwy 249 (Tomball Prky)Houston, Tx. My family eats there quite often, "we are Sonic Lovers".On a weekly basis we may spent around are about $30/$40 (family of 5). On several occasions I've gone for our breakfast/lunch and the order was incorrect,tots/fries cold/wrong order/preparing food without gloves, eating while preparing food and the list goes on. I made several complaints to the employees and advise them of the errors. They agreed that they will be sure to correct the problem. Each time I've went back there after same problems still. I explain to them; I was not being a difficult customer but, it was against Health Rules/regulations for them to be preparing food without hairnets/ gloves & eating while working.They could cause the restaurant to be citated also, they need to be sanitized. I also, advise them over and over for about a month that I did not want to turn them in to their manager but, the problem continued so therefore, I had no other choice. This is the closet Sonic to my home and I would like to continue to eat here however, I would like for there to be some immediate changes.

THe first bite seemed pretty good, but as I reach the middle I realized that I had just taken a bite of completely RAW Chicken. It was lightly breaded, but completely raw in the middle. I called the local chain, they did apologize and offered a free meal, but I do not seem to have an appetite for Sonic anymore. I also plan to take a picture of the raw meat and file a more formal complaint.
